URBAN REGENERATION AND CITY

Agency to promote energy rehabilitation and urban regeneration through the generation of partnerships. An ecosystem of specialists capable of activating the environmental, social and economic regeneration of urban and industrial sites in decline. An association formed by a multidisciplinary team of independent professionals, ranging from architecture and urban planning to legal, financial, energy engineering and communication aspects. Committed to best practices in sustainable urban regeneration projects, articulating the interests of citizens, professional companies and administrations.
- CITY FOUNDATION AND IBEROAMERICAN FORUM OF CITIES.
The Ibero-American Cities Fund organizes the meeting between public managers, companies and professionals dedicated to the planning and management of cities from different fields. It is the largest event held in Ibero-America in the field of urban development, planning and management. The City Foundation is the forum for the design of a smart, sustainable and inclusive city model to reduce inequalities and combat climate change.

The real estate sector is the fundamental field of our work and for this reason we collaborate with companies, publications and institutions in the sector.
- INSTITUTE OF FINANCIAL REAL ESTATE STUDIES
Specialized business training center, based at the Madrid Chamber of Commerce, with programs such as PDI and MSI, since 2015.
José Antonio Granero chairs the Board of Directors, in which the most important companies and institutions in the real estate sector participate.
Member of this business associationsince its foundation in 2015. We participate in the Urban Planning and Housing Roundtable.

José Antonio Granero is a member of the Journal's Advisory Board. He is a regular contributor with articles and presentations at events and round tables.

National Association of shared spaces. Members since its foundation, we participate in conferences and events on co-living and senior housing.
Non-profit association that brings together companies and institutions for the international projection of Madrid. José Antonio Granero has been a member of the Steering Committee since 2021.

INTERIOR DESIGN
Interior design is a discipline of great interest, complementary and different from architecture, which should be incorporated in some projects from the beginning. For this purpose, we offer two teams with different profiles, with which we carry out turnkey projects.
