An architecture of clean volumes, rational and orderly, in a range of white and ocher colors that opens to the garden with large terraces, generating planes of light and shadow. The plot is lowered to 2m. above street level, allowing a semi-basement parking linked to the garden, raising the block of collective housing and providing them with views of the golf course. The single-family homes, on the other hand, are linked to the garden.
