The position of the houses, determined by the characteristics of the site, seeks the most favorable orientation, Southeast, with the best views towards the Sueve mountain range and Pico Pienzu. Two sets of 5 houses are established, in two heights, to generate the least visual impact in the area. The original existing wall to the street is respected, configuring the entrance space.

The houses are developed on 2 floors, with a program of 4 bedrooms. The access facade with level parking and storage room is differentiated from the facade to the private garden to which opens through a large covered porch the living-dining room and kitchen, and upstairs bedrooms with glazed facade as a gallery. Stone walls and exposed concrete with large windows to generate a contemporary image respectful of the traditional architecture.
