Residential architecture has been a primary focus of our work.

Each project is a new prototype, depending on the site, the client, the budget and the program. It involves research in typologies and materials, in constructive solutions linked to the cost of construction and maintenance, with a focus on the client and a high demand for energy efficiency and quality.

The house is more than just construction. There are a series of conditions that have to do with space, order and light. The house must guarantee us the intimate dimension of comfort, linked to beauty, harmony and, therefore, also to health; and, on the other hand, the social dimension of identity and representation, of common uses and shared spaces. It must be motivating for a way of life and have the will of permanence.

Collective housing requires the resolution of a program and an image that allow for personalization, a proposal for access and common spaces that respond to an environment and contribute to the quality of the urban landscape.
